The Public Good Society and the Farrell Benevolent Society began a partnership in 2021 to build a mixed-use development to include community priced housing on the property at 276 Windmill Road in Dartmouth. The Farrell Benevolent Society, on behalf of the community, owns and stewards this property in Dartmouth North.
